Three Simple Steps

Getting your documents notarized has never been easier. Here's how it works.

1

Schedule

2

Sign

Meet online or in person. We verify your identity, witness your signature, and apply the official notary seal.

3

Done

Receive your notarized documents immediately. Digital copies for RON, physical copies for in-person.

How Remote Online Notarization Works

Follow these steps for a smooth, trouble-free remote notarization session.

1
Book Your Session — Call us at 941.780.0726 or submit a request through the contact form. List all additional signers when you book. Do NOT list emails for any person not signing.
2
Send Your Documents — Email your document(s) to notaryinfla@gmail.com before your session. We will upload and prepare them for the notarization.
3
Check Your Email — On your appointment day, monitor your email for the "Get Started" message from "One Notary". This link connects you to the secure session.
4
Verify Your Identity — You'll complete a knowledge-based identity verification using your government-issued ID and Social Security Number.
5
Sign Electronically — During the live audio-video session, you'll sign your documents electronically while the notary witnesses. The session is recorded for legal protection.
6
Receive Your Documents — Your notarized documents with digital seal and certificate are delivered to you immediately after the session.

Serving Florida Since 2006

Hoey Services, LLC began in Sarasota, Florida on July 1st, 2006. Our primary mission was to provide expert mobile notary services to individuals and small businesses in Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties.

In 2007, we expanded our reach to include lenders, title companies, and real estate brokers nationwide. We have now performed over 2,600 in-person home refinance and purchase transactions.

In June 2019, Florida authorized the use of Remote Online Notarizations (RON), which took effect January 1st, 2020. We still perform real estate closing transactions in person, and now through new technology we offer RON services to individuals, small businesses, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents nationwide.

Our extensive knowledge and understanding of state notary requirements provide assurance your documents will be completed accurately, securely, and delivered on time. We are Bonded and carry Professional Errors & Omissions Insurance in an amount greater than Florida's requirement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our notary services.

RON allows you to have documents notarized remotely using secure audio-video technology. You connect with the notary online, verify your identity through knowledge-based authentication, sign your documents electronically, and receive a digital notary seal — all without leaving your home or office.
Most documents that require notarization can be handled, including real estate documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, wills, trusts, loan documents, medical directives, business agreements, and more. If you're unsure whether your document qualifies, give us a call and we'll let you know.
For in-person notarization, bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and the unsigned documents. For remote online notarization, you'll need a computer or device with a camera and microphone, a valid photo ID, and access to your documents in digital format.
We frequently accommodate same-day appointments for both remote and in-person notarizations. Call us at 941.780.0726 to check availability. We understand that notarization needs are often time-sensitive and do our best to work with your schedule.
Yes. Florida was one of the first states to authorize remote online notarization. Documents notarized via RON carry the same legal weight as those notarized in person. The entire session is recorded and stored for additional legal protection.
Our primary mobile notary service area includes Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties. We also serve surrounding areas — call us to confirm availability at your location. For remote online notarization, we can serve anyone in the state of Florida regardless of location.
